The Basic Needs Trust Fund (BNTF) 10 Program, a flagship program of the St. Lucia Social Development Fund (SSDF) which is funded by the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) and the Government of St. Lucia, signed consultancy contracts with various engineering firms to provide design and supervision services for various sub projects across the island.
