On January 15, 2020 the St. Lucia Social Development Fund signed the contract with Model Homes Ltd. for the construction of the Jacmel Early Childhood Development Center. The cost of this project is approximately $1,715,758.00 vat exclusive. This project is expected to be completed within an 8 months time frame.
