Gwan Koudmen in Joyeaux

The peoples of the community of Joyeaux and other surrounding communities came together to start work on a concrete road in the village of Joyeaux which will replace the existing footpath. The residents of the community had long complained about the poor conditions of the road which runs through the village. The road was not effective in managing the level of transportation, particularly during the rainy months of the year, the capacity of the road to deal with foot and vehicular traffic was not adequate.
