Project Status.
1. WASCO ‘s preparation for access to and base area for siting of 100,000 gallons water tank glass fused metal tank.
2. Completion of the last 30 metres of 4“ductile iron pipes in trenches along the main Vieux Sucrieux road toward its junction with the Mongiraud – Monchy Road.
3. WASCO ‘s preparation work for the siting of the pump station across the Vieux Sucrieux Road Junction with the Mongiraud – Monchy Road.
Overall project cost ECD$ 2.2 Million financed with funds from CDB’s Basic Needs Trust Fund Project implemented by the SSDF, Government of St Lucia through the Ministry of Infrastructure, Gros Islet’s Parliamentary Representative Constituency Development Programme and The Water And Sewerage Company.
The proposed commissioning timeline is December 2020.
