The Civil Service Association (CSA) who represented the Poverty Reduction Fund (PRF) and their workers has now signed a new collective agreement with the St. Lucia Social Development Fund (SSDF). The SSDF is an amalgamation of the PRF and the Basic Needs Trust Fund.
